Application Fees

Application, registration, and processing fees are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise specified.

Course Fees

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed according to institutional policies.
• Administrative charges may be deducted where applicable.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Admission confirmed and classes commenced.
• Incorrect information provided by the applicant.
• Failure to attend classes.
• Voluntary withdrawal without valid reason.

Cancellation by Institution

If SRG Education Foundation cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, eligible students may receive a refund or be offered admission to another available course.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Payment Gateway Charges

Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or bank transaction charges may be non-refundable.
